The hotel is in Bairro Alto, what is great, but you can hardly get any sleep. You hear not just the other guests come home late at night or get up early in the morning (radio at 7 a.m. every single morning!) but also most of the planes starting from Lisboa. The furniture in the rooms is very special, flashback to the early 90s - and there is hardly any room for luggage and storing. One morning the cleaner had removed all our things, clothes as well as lotions and brushes in the bathroom, books and other belongings. At least the people at the reception were friendly - but rather helpless. The accomodations were ok but we felt that it was unfortunate that a simple item such as a shower head hanger wasn't supplied in our room. Although not a huge deal, it was enough to be annoying, particularly because this is a $2.00 item that would have made the experience better.- 07/06/2010, Ms. Valerie Roux

Most of it was ok but I expect little bit bigger room. For 6 persons it is really small for accommodation (about 20m2). By the night was very loudly and screaming somewhere in the neighborhood and we couldn't sleep.
