Our Concierge has all the pleasure of assisting you 24hrs a day to ensure your stay is a memorable and comfortable one. Services include: transfer and pick-up by limousine from the airport, organising tickets for the theatre, casinos, reservations to shows, private tours, restaurants and/or other particular requests you may have.

Flores restaurant: A garden of flavours and perfumes. Breakfast: 7.00am - 10.30am. Lunch: 12.30am - 3.00pm. Dinner: 7.30pm - 10.30pm (11.30pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday). Situated on the ground floor, the Flores Restaurant is open to guests and local residents for lunch and dinner and can accommodate up to 35 diners at any one time. The contemporary cuisine of Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa embraces the cuisine of the past Portuguese colonies and fuses them with Oriental and international flavours.

Garrett Bar: Open from 10.30am till 01.30am. Accessible from the hotel lobby or from the street, Rua do Alecrim. The Garrett bar comprises three ambiences situated on three different levels - the central bar on street level, the Igloo lounge on the lower level and as the name suggests, and the Mezzanine, an interim level on the central bar. The two lower floors form the main bar area where cocktails and light meals are served and guest DJs give live performances. A varied musical agenda includes classical, ethnic, and lounge livens the nights at the Garrett Bar making it the local "in" hip choice of the Bairro Alto nightlife. The Igloo lounge may also be used as a private screening room or for private parties of approximately 25 persons. Partitioned by a glass wall, The Mezzanine, with its fireplace, books and newspapers, offers a relaxed quieter space, like an interior terrace, with views of the Praça Luís de Camões.

Terrace: A small grand corner of the sky. Open 12.30am - midnight during Summer, 12.30am - 10.00pm during Winter. Situated on the sixth floor, the Terrace offers an idyllic place to read, linger or appreciate a panoramic view of Lisbon, its life and its river. Light meals, such as the famous salads and Garrett sandwiches are served. A great spot for a midday break or sundowners.

Gym: Operational from 6.00am - 11.00pm. The Fitness centre is situated on the fifth floor and is free to our guests. It is equipped to offer a full cardio-fitness workout.

Wellness: Pamper your body and mind with our experienced therapists and welcome to well-being in Lisbon. For your comfort, you may set up your massage or treatment before you arrive by sending us your requirements.

Meeting room o Poeta: Located on the fifth floor with 42 sq. m and a floor to ceiling height of 2m. Accommodates 30 - 35 persons in the following layout arrangements:- Theatre: 35 Pax. School: 25 Pax. One table: 22 Pax. U format: 20 Pax. Equipped with VCR, DVD, video projector, office material, microphone, audio-video remote control. The meeting room "O Poeta" has natural light and views of the Tagus River.

Igloo Lounge: A private Lounge for Cocktails or Coffee Breaks for 35 people.

Mezzanine: A lounge area with view onto the Luis de Camões Square for 20 people.

Full Bar All three levels - Cocktail or Stand up buffet for 75 people. Ideal for inaugurations, product launches, private and corporate parties and events.
